Ouroboros

Ouroboros is a multi-touch beat sequencer designed to entertain passengers at travel hubs. The installation reflects the cyclical nature of music and our traveling nature. Ouroboros represents the eternal return. The piece aims to gather people within the space to create social interactions.

Ouroboros playful design is for children of all ages. The physical aspect of the piece allows people of differents hights to play the sequencer. Sound is based on percussive elements of travel with a hint of EDM. A key feature is the display of train announcements that will keep users from missing their train. A collaboration with Molly Schwartz.
